  Went to have coffee/snack after a movie. Was about to sit down and abruptly told to remove the popcorn - a small amount left from the movies - from the table. So we didn't bother, went elsewhere.
  Today after the movies, despite the previous incident, decided to have coffee/snack here. After receiving our order, the kids decided to finish the remaining handful of Twisties that were in the packet left over from the movies. A young staff member then came over to tell us not to eat the Twisties in their establishment. I'm guessing she was told by one of the two adults working there to tell us this. Shame on you to use young staff to do your "dirty work"!! And then to eyeball us from behind the counter. You rude woman!!
  Will never return here to eat, we're local as well and have lived here our whole lives, so know a lot of people.
  If your tables were full of customers, you can maybe? afford to offend some customers, but when there was only us and another table in your cafe, clearly you can't afford to offend anyone. Especially over some lousy popcorn or packet of Twisties.
  You're not doing your "brand" any favours either.
  Word of mouth is the best and cheapest form of advertising, but in this case, might just be your worst enemy!!

  Went to eat with friend while saw 2 lady's behind the counter were eye balling us one coming over to tell us to not eat in there premises. My friend was about to order something but you lost a coustomer won't be coming back again!!

  On behalf of Bassem Albassit: On the weekend i visited Noosa, in my time there i went to have breakfast at the Coffee Club at the Noosa cinemas, the staff were very helpful and welcomed me with a smile. Short wait until our food had arrived. It was a great experience. Soon after i arrived back to Brisbane I received a phone call from the coffee club saying i left my wallet there with all my personal details and bank cards in there. Coffee club expressed posted my wallet back with a lovely note. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely be back soon!! Thank you so much!!!
