  Perhaps one of the worst experiences for service I've experienced, the steak I ordered medium came out well done, when we came in the waitress couldn't care less and took us to the table with attitude then when we mentioned the steak was well done geez the guy at the counter couldn't care less and still wanted to be paid and only after we mentioned it again did he give us a $5 discount, "you should not have eaten it then" but no one came near us, so my wife then told him about the service and then just gave us attitude and even back chatted us as we left saying "how classy" when all we did was say we were not happy, but hey we are just blow in tourists so who cares if the come back!
  The place calls its self a steak house, then why not then serve steaks how they are meant to be cooked otherwise call yourself a bistro! And the owner should be concerned he has staff who could care less about their customers!

  Fast service and damn near everything was delicious! Friends and I had the ribs, T-bone, and rump steak with calamari and a cheese pita bread to start. This...was a lot of food, but after an entire day in the ocean it was necessary for us. My T-bone turned out a bit more done than I would have liked but was still quite good. The veg served with it was cooked perfectly and had a bit of black pepper and butter to really bring the flavor out. I had an onion rings topper and a green peppercorn sauce. The sauce basically tasted like American Brown gravy to me. My friend ordered a glass of house red that he said tasted like vinegar. We also had jalapeño and onion strips, which were ok but couldn't be eaten because of all the other food we'd ordered. Two big things about this place, the prices are much less than the other places on Hastings Street and there's a great view of the main roundabout as people are on their way to and from the beach.

  Average food! A bit pricey but I guess you pay for the location and views. Staff is good but this is definitely not a steakhouse. Wanted to tried some good beef, saw the portions served and got disappointed. Went for the steakhouse burger and it was too salty, fries bland but crispy. Wife ordered thai salad with beef and it was ok. Fresh veggies and good dressing but average beef.

  Unfortunately I had to send back the premium cut of steak that I had ordered because it was well done, not medium as requested. Which is such a great waste for everyone involved.
  When it did arrive though the steak was quite good.
  Great place to watch the foot traffic over Hastings Street.
  Service was good. A few more smiles would have been nice though.
